Luke has managed successful local, state and federal campaigns in Texas and Florida, among other places. Prior to joining 365, Luke served current U.S. Senator Marco Rubio of Florida as Political Director for his campaign and went on to serve as senior staff in his office in Washington, DC. Other notable candidates he has served include US Senator John Cornyn of Texas, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, Texas Agriculture Commissioner Todd Staples, and US Congressman Pete Olson.

Chris brings practical experience from the public and business arenas to assist 365 Strategies’ political efforts. Chris has assisted with congressional, statewide, state senate, and state representative campaigns and has been recognized with multiple American Association of Political Consultants Pollie Awards. Having previously served as the Deputy Chief of Staff and policy advisor to Governor Rick Perry, as well as chief of staff to former Representative Arlene Wohlgemuth and committee clerk to Representative Harvey Hilderbran, Chris brings valuable insight into the world of Texas politics. In addition to his professional career in state government, Chris has worked for Accenture, a Global Fortune 500 Company, assisting with the company’s public services practice. He has also served as an election judge and in various Republican Party leadership positions, such as precinct chair, state convention delegate, State Rules Committee Member, and Chair of the State Convention Permanent Organization Committee.
